Nothing really set, we've merged some changes recently, we could issue
another one. One of the criteria to issue another dev version is that
a number of useful changes/fixes were merged. Another one is when people
ask for that :-)
If people would prefer more frequent dev versions now that we're getting
closer to the release, I'm fine with that, please just ask and I'll do it.
