[PHP] PHP 7 generates bad looking JPEG images

Hi,

im using imageJPEG to resize pictures taken with my mobile phone.
This has been working great for quite some time. I recently set up a
server with PHP 7 and it does not work - the pictures look bad.

I wonder if it is a known problem? Didn't file a bug, wanted to ask first.
